As I sit here, with Raul in my lap, making typing a challenge, I understand
exactly what you are saying. <G>

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Chihuahuaa as therapy dogs

I have a genetic blood disease that has left me permenently disabled
and suffering from chronic pain. My partner comments often that when I
wake in the morning (the worst time of day for my pain levels) and am
clearly suffering, I only need to remember that Josephine is there and
I am smiling through any pain. She brings me incredible joy and it
doesn't matter how much pain I am in-if Josephine needs to eat, to
play, anything at all-I will find the strength to see to her. In a
million years no one would have been able to convince me that I would
someday adopt a Chihuahua and now I don't know how I ever made it this
far without one in my life!
