My thoughts exactly...That spoke volumes.
Along with the fact that this puppy does not fit her lifesyle but the 
litter mate does? What has she done to try and correct the behavior?
I saw no mention of that ..only a vet visit.
Puppies are not to be a matter of conveinence..you seemed to have picked 
the person to adopt her on who was closest and worked out so you had to 
do the least work ...Your priorities need some adjusting.
