the longer the pups are with the mother, they are be taught socialization skills amoung other things by her. you want to make sure that they are utd on wormings, and at 8 weeks need their first all in one shot. What is your suggestion...the breeder says puppies are ready in one week which would make them just past 8 weeks or I could wait the following week when they are 9 weeks. I'm a teacher so in two weeks I'll be done with the school year. What would be the advantages/disadvantages?
