We went to Cornell who made me do a Fecal occult blood test on his stool (after a five day meat fast) which came up negative ruling out GI Hemorrhage. They suspect its his diet but I went to another local internist who has ultra sound and he took a look at his insides, noting a thickened stomach lining and a slightly enlarged prostrate. (he's intact).
