Well, my mom's BT started walking like that, it got more and more painful, and then she had surgery. I'd give it a bit, maybe a week and see if she improves. If she doesn't, I'd take her to the vet to double check.

When I take Twinks on long walks, she starts flipping her left hind leg out. I had my vet examine her a few months ago regarding floating patellas and he said he couldn't feel anything.
