My baby, Cesar, is only 12 weeks old, but his limited exposure to kids and other people has been good. I have a corral in my den where I keep Cesar when I am not home. He learned from day one to poop and pee on the pad. Then, I read a book that suggested using a litter pan. I got one and right off he tried to eat the litter, then he didn't seen to like walking on to the pan when it was lined with the litter. So, I finally removed the litter and lined the pan with a half of the pad and he used it right away. It's wonderful and I hope he continues to use it, even after he stops chewing and can be released from the corral. Gloria
