God Bless you Camille for being so caring in accepting this dog. I also will trust nothing sight unseen and even sighted. I was mislead by a breeder and sold a sick puppy. No single dog that enters my house will ever be returned.

Unfortunately, after I sent this breeder half of the fee via priority mail (she lives 5 hours away) she then informed me that this dog was from a backyard breeder friend of hers. The day before I went to pick him up, she told me that he might bite me. I would have appreciated knowing that when we first spoke. It also appeared that he was NEVER socialized because he did indeed bite anyone who came in contact with him. My daughter was heartbroken. When I told the breeder's husband that he was biting us, his response was, "be careful", which led me to believe that he was not surprised. He also didn't try to bite my husband or myself when we went to pick him up from the breeder.. I think it's because she placed him in my arms Anyway, I would never purchase another Chihuahua from a person whom I do not know. He's much better than he was, but he still hates my son and husband as well as any other visiting boys or men. We call him a "Devil Dog", but we love him dearly and would never think of parting with him. However, I can't help but feel that I was misinformed.
