Hi Michelle, I'm not an expert, but mine stayed the same after 12 weeks ... so I would guess he will stay the same. I've never raised chi puppies though :o). With our old english sheepdogs, they stayed the same after 12 weeks, we did have puppies with them ... 11 puppies! They were my parents dogs. Shell
