I would moisten the dry food with hot water to soften it up. I would also add baby food such as chicken or turkey...the pasty one in small jars. You can also add pumpkin to the food for diarrhea. 9 weeks is very young. What dry kibble are you feeding? Try to introduce high quality food at a young age that will always be good for your dog. Any food you can buy at Walmart or the grocery store is not quality food.
