what an adorable pic! The story reminded me of how my first chi Joe use to jump on the toilet, then onto the sink and scratch at the water faucet when he wanted a drink! lol Marsha

I wondered having experienced how chi's can hook their little toes in and climb, they are almost prehensile and a trait of theirs to climb, so wondered how guys kept them in pet corral's or x-pens! I used to have a doberman that would stay in a 2 foot high xpen she could step over but didn't : ) My Tinkerbell climbed in a chair then in a large pot that has a silk tree in it and clambors up the tree and perchs on the top of the wall and then literally screams until someone hears her and "rescue's her" I have to be sure the patio is closed off when I go out, when I am home of course she is with me. She just has an extreme case of separation anxiety, I guess from being a rescue or something, she was a throw away taken to the pound as they had "no time for her and she was destructive". I got her at about 10 months. I also have two male Chihuahua puppies left to sell. These little boogers have learned to climb it like a ladder. I had to buy a tarp and cover it. Anyone want a Chihuahua puppy reasonable? I like the floor idea in the corral. I use the fencing/xpens so my dogs can run outside and be safe. I have 3 units which I attach to my porch. They get to run the deck and then out in the grass and are enclosed and safe. Real fencing is my next expense. He has room to play and run around in, a place for his water and food bowls and his litter box. When I get home, I let him have run of the den and slowly he appears to be losing interest in the lamp cords and other dangerous things. I do have to keep an eye on him but today, when I gave him his treat, he calmly got down on the rugs and chewed on it for a long time, without acting like a mad man!
