Thanx for all the help. We have been ignoring the whining, he just won't stop.
He actually woke me up last night and kept me awake for 3 hours whining. He has
been to the Vets and is a very healthy puppy, so he isn't sick or anything. He
has more toys than he knows what to do with since he is my "baby".
