I have 6 TBSPs each morning with my cereal.  This is what they recommended.
It is a high source of protein and high in fibre.  It keeps me full usually 
till lunch.  I live in Canada and hemp hearts are available in the health 
stores.  Apparently it is difficult to obtain in the US.  Just GOOGLE hemp 
hearts for more info.

I really like them and a bunch of ladies from work have also been eating them 
too.
