They are shelled hemp seeds...being from Canada and having moved to the US 4
years ago, I think they made it difficult to obtain hemp containing products
(passed some law in '04 I think because of the relation to the THC containing
Herb, no, hemp hearts don't contain THC) so I'm not sure of the legalities of
it. I used to take hemp oil which is better than fish oil but now have a hard
time finding it.
