I'm sorry to hear of you and your family's loss.
I have lost 3 dogs and it seem to have shook the ground I stood on.
My family lost Fifi when I was about 13. Then someone stoled Zig-Zag
from the back yard. Gone, never to be seen again. And just 2 years
ago I lost my Buddy. Killed by another dog.
So with that gone through, And with childern in your house, Well
morn the lose of your Sugar, then go get the kids another baby. Soon.
My heart stills hurt (and it still brings tears to my eyes) when
ever I think of my lost boys. But now I have PeeWee. And my world is
sane again.
When things like this happens people (who don't have a clue) say
things like "Well it's just a dog" I could strangle them!
I went to my little brothers a few weeks ago and his friend has
one of those Coller Fences for their dog Moose that they said works
very well, because the dog would always try to follow my brother when
he was leaveing.
Also you might want to go rent a movie. The movie "All doges go to
heaven". And me and PeeWee favorit "My dog Skip". For your kids, they
deal with the loss of a dog. But I know from my past this is going to
hurt for awhile so go rescue a puppy.

Take care Bruce & PeeWee
