So sorry to hear about Sugar. Yes, it is hard to have a beloved dog killed by a car. I live on a very busy street and once when a neighbor opened the gate to leave, our dog, who had spotted a dog across the street darted out and got hit. Don't know why he did that, had never done it before, he was killed instantly. He was a beautiful solid black miniature poodle and the entire family adored him. We carry him in our hearts and still enjoy the many joyful memories he left us. Gloria
