First of all, I would certainly take your chihuahua to a professional 
trainer who uses positive reinforcement ONLY before I would even consider 
having her euthanized.  But if you want to try some ideas on your own, I've 
uploaded a file to the Files section of the group's home page called 
"Dealing with a fearful.txt" which contains methods for working with a 
fearful or hostile dog.  Please read it and try some of them, and please do 
consider getting some professional help for this poor baby.
