  i think your dog is a cutie pie.  the very first chi my family recued was 
about  eighteen or twenty years old . he was blind and deaf and had one back 
tooth. had a heart condition and a tumor.  His tounge hanged out all the time 
as he had no teeth to hold it in.  We had this little blessing for two and a 
half years. this little dog had a great spirit and he loved life. so maybe a 
little tonge is a good thing. lol   arlene
