My female got really ratty looking for a while, but by a year or a
little better, she was in full beautiful coat. They lose a lot of fur
before they start to get in the adult coat and look like the moths have
taken up residence in them*G* Her coat got really thin too.
Get her used to being groomed while she is young. The more you can do
with her yourself the better as grooming can cost a bunch.
