Hello,
I am new to this group. I tried searching answer to my question in the
archives of this group but no luck. Here is our problem:
We have a 11 month old male Chihuahua. His name is Brownie. We got him
when he was 2.5 months old. He is a great company for all of us in the
family. Very happy, wonderful dog. Great obeying house rules.....but one
big problem: He does not eat well. In the first month, he ate dry dog
food. We then started wet food. My wife gave him once a people food.
After that, he did not eat dog food. Sometimes, he does not eat anything
for a whole day. Next day, we can not wait any longer so we give him
people food. Chicken is his favorite. He would eat chicken (I cook the
chicken legs in the oven) anytime, even with bones. I know that this is
not good for him. And I know that we made the mistake of giving him
people food.
Any suggestions to what we can do to get him to proper eating habits-Any
resources?
