I got my Cesar, a soon to be 9 mos old long hair Chihuahua, from a breeder near by. She has been breeding for 40 years and has beautiful, healthy dogs but not small ones. Cesar was charted to be 5 lbs when grown but the last time I took him to the vet, over a month ago, he was already at that weight and I bet he's now well over 6 lbs and he is not fat. In fact, he's lean and long. Gloria
