My Brutus now 2 1/2 years old is not standing his ears up.I never check but if you don't want to show .I love him just the way hi looks.Floppy ears and all hi is my smalls with 4lb

My chi is 13 weeks and her ears still aren't up. Should I be concerned? Should I tape them?? Also is there anything , food etc... that will give my chi the healthiest coat???
