I have read through several messages in this thread waiting to see if any one stepped in, but so far haven't seen the proper reply, I hate to burst your bubble, but there is no miniature Chihuahua. There are no tinies, no miniatures, no teacups, no toys. A chi is only classified as a long coat or a short coat. Any further description is a play to get more money from a smaller chi.
