Thank you and yes he had a big smile!!! lol. The pics were taken by a 
professional studio as a gift from my mom to me at my birthday one year. We 
have a total of 5 poses and in all but one of them he is smiling big. You can 
look at the one exception and have no doubt those are real smiles, lol. The one 
I posted was a last minute pic the photographer took. My mom made me take his 
coat off and brush his hair before I took him in. Once the photographer was 
finished I put his coat back on him to leave and she saw it and just LOVED the 
way he looked, so she got her equipment all back out and took that one, lol.

Joe was very special. Not only was he my first chi, but he was also my first 
hearing dog. He passed in 2003 at the age of 16.
