Since she is a student I would be concerned about how long each day she
will be away from the pup. If for hours and hours the pup could go hypo
on her.
Also, tho it might be hard to approach, but is there a lot of partying
in her apartment. Easy for a small dog to get hurt with a lot of rowdy
young folks around. Alcohol and pups dont always mix either, drinks left
on the floor could be tempting and deadly to a small dog.
