Cesar is a lc without an undercoat. He has a pretty coat but not very full/thick. Gloria P

BUT, I think there may be some confusion as to what an undercoat realy is.
Here is a pic of my l/c Taz, who has an undercoat and also a pic of my l/c
Dinah who does NOT have one. See the difference?
