Oh, Gloria, how sad. How old is Gabby? When my son (who's now in his 40s)
was 4 years old, his budgie died, he asked to hold it before we buried it,
then didn't want to give him up, told us he would just hold him until the
angles came to get him. He still remembers that. A pet's death is usually
our
children's first experience with death and its something they never forget.
Help her mourn Whisper and tell her all of us, her friends, mourn with her too.

Totally adorable!!

We miss Whisper!

My daughter Gabby came back from camp today, and when home
she asked where Whisper was - we told her, and she ran to her room sobbing &
upset. She asked Jim to dig her back up because she want to see her! We
placed flowers on her grave,
and promised to pick the flowers from our property, and place them on her
grave everytime
we think of her.
She cried for almost 2 hours straight. I am still somewhat of a basket case.

I am sorry I don't mean to get you guys down - I thought I would share, with
my loving CHI family
understands.

Big hugs.

Gloria C
