the breed standard for chi's at up to 6 lbs. A lot of unethical breeders will try to sell smaller chi's as "teacups" and people who don't do any research fall for that language. They also try to charge more for the smaller dog's. What they don't tell you is the health issues that come along with buying "teacups" anything.
