Little Gizmo has my prayers!

I hope his surgery goes well and he heals fast. I am able to pick him up this evening. At first the vet's office said he will stay overnight but I said No Way! I want him home with me! The vet said that would be best for such a little guy. He would be so scared overnight in the vets with all those big dogs barking all night long. Besides, there is no one there overnight to care for him. He needs his Mommy. So, I am going to pick him up after work. Wish him luck and pray he will be okay! Does anyone have any tips on his care after the surgery? What if he bites his stitches out or licks his wound too much? Stefanie (Worried Chi Mommy)
