I'm NOT a vet but I've never heard of a hernia that could heal in an adult dog. I would get a second opinion! He is a homeopathic vet and believes in herbal remedies, he gave me a clear liquid that I have to give her twice a day that will heal the hernia. Has anyone heard of this ? Kathy
