Hi, My little dog has diarrhea. He acts perfectly normal except for having to go a lot and it is real loose. His guts are also making gurgling noises. Since he feels all right, should I worry and take him to the vet, or is this maybe something that will straighten out on its own? Is there anything I can do for him? Thank You for any advice, Trudy
