has she been wearing clothes when she has gone out in the past? If not,
the clothes could be buggin her. I would try letting her go
au-natural.....Better a quick run outside naked and do her business than
stand outside for ever in a shirt, freeze, and still not do her
business.....BUT, either way...I wouldn't give in...she should stay out
till it is done, period.....
