One of my clients dogs... a Dachshund broke his back tooth off at the jaw
line on a "Nylabone". A very expensive bill to get it cut out plus they had
just had a puppy in that vet's office that had been diagnosed with Parvo so
my client's pup which I put so much work into was exposed to it. Praise God
it did not come down with Parvo but I mean if you can prevent it by
following good safety measures in what you give your little one to eat...why
not ???

I did a search on the Greenie warnings and I'm not happy with what I found.
She loves them and scarfs them down, but I am not going to take another
chance that those kinds of things could happen to her. I found Nylabone also
had some similar problems. :/ I'll have to find a new treat that goods for
her teeth. ;)

supposedly the newer recipie for greenies is more easily digested and
doesn't cause this problem, but I wont take chances. I have greenies here
that I got as free samples, but I wont give them to my chis......
Definitely google it.....google something like greenie warnings or
something... .
