I know 4H used to train service dogs, but I dont think they bred them.
Also, a Chi wouldnt be used for a seeing eye dog, which was what these
dogs were being trained for. The kids got the pup and raised it for a
year then it was taken to the training facility. If it didnt work out
they had the option of adopting the pup.
