It is not a good idea to rub her nose in it...I agree, you should stick her in
your room and close the door or crate her while u are away!

Could you please help out?  I have a 2 year old Chihuahua who is good
about going outside and on her pee pee pad in the house when I'm not home.
Recently I have been gone long hours for school/work and my Chi has started
pooping/peeing in my 2 roommates' rooms.  It is very embarrassing when they
tell me this because I never catch her in the act.  I know she is pissed at me
but I have to do something to let her know that this is unacceptable
behavior.   I know that my school hours will be erratic for the next year so
there isn't much that I can do about that however what can I do to stop her.  I
was told to rub her nose in it so that she realizes that is not acceptable
behavior.  My 1 roommate was very upset today and I don't blame her.  Its
unfair to both of them.

Any advice??
