I use Norton with Vista and have not had problems (yet).  Norton does have
its own spyware removal, but I've been using Ad-aware and Spybot forever and
love them both.  You should have an anti-virus program anyways.  Ad-aware
and Spybot are for malware, tracking cookies, and those sort of things.  I
use both because sometimes one program will catch something the other one
didn't.
