Hi Sweedy.Sorry to hear that.Get you a Bottle.Get you a good puppy food dry..Also get some puppy milk.Mix the puppy food and the puppy milk together in the blender make a soup.Then put in the bottle you have to make the hole in the nipple bigger.When they eat it putt it in a small dish.The puppy that's not eating get you a dropper or some simuler and feed him,her.You need to keep mom away for at least 1week ore to she is dry.I hat to feed a litter of 13 puppys by hand from day one mom never got milk they all made it.The puppy's will be fine also try to give them a little water in a dropper.Good luck is hart but you can do it I know it hurts to lissen to the baby's and mom cry. ________________________________ From: ms_enriquez0205 <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, December 29, 2008 1:13:59 AM Subject: [Chihuahuas] hi everyone I'm back with another question for everyone... ok well i took my chikite to the vet to day and she got three shots because she was hyperventilating, throwing up, fever, shaky, and a few other things. ok well i trust my vet 100% but, this time i have a doubt. he told me that he was going to give her something to dry her up so i no longer should let her puppies suck on her because she was having milk fever and that plus my puppies are 3 weeks and a day old. to his knowledge that they are big enough to start eating on their own. ok good thing is that i started to try to feed them on my own a few days earlier before this problem started. now all but on of the dogs eat. that one dog that doesn't eat refuses to eat at all. he keeps crying for his mama. i just feel so bad that i just weaned them off today all at once. i thought it would be gradually but since he's the vet and he knows better i have no choice but to do what i'm told for the of them and her. i just feel bad for the puppies because they keep looking for her and she is crying for them. i can't have them in the same room without watching them because obviousky they will try to suck if i'm not there to stop them. my baby girl is depressed!!! does anyone know how long i should keep her away from her pups??? or what i can do to speed this up for her??? or any advice for this situation... please help!!!1
