I did the towel (an old cat trick) but got bit. Henry was young and my trainer also said snapping was never acceptable but it just seems that if it gets to that point, I need to check my methods and more importantly the severity of the pain I am inflicting. i am glad your headed for another opinion. Let them know about your troubles with administering this stuff so they can maybe show you some handling techniques.
