A simple reading of the ADA will answer your questions regarding service
animals. The law is explicit in its statement that permissible questions
regarding service animals are "do you have a disability" and is this dog a
service dog" (or is this dog trained to assist you with that disability).
I am on short time right now, but when I return home this evening, I will
look up the link and send that too you as well...meantime, feel free to
google, "ADA and service animals" I am an attorney, so finding the link to
the law would not be a problem for me....but I don't have the time right
now....
