Nothing ever fits my Henry..he has the neck of a bull and though tiny waisted is huge in the chest.? A very macho man! LOL I often buy bigger sizes and alter them, even with harnesses the most difficult to fix! I had to add a velcro extension for his water float jacket as it was for a normal little dog neck! LOL
