well some people just call it an accident to avoid taking responsibility for a breeding that should not have been allowed. "oh poor me look what happened oh well let me charge 300 ..." responsible breeders are 100% in charge of the female cycles ...no surprises....your facility is geared for safe guards. the only dogs allowed to co-habitate are dogs you KNOW are not in heat. when you dont know a cycle , and they are of breeding age, you have a place for them as well. or if easier pen your males... something,... its not rocket science. ... everything else is just an excuse for not doing a good job. i have been at this for 32 years ... first toys than giants... never an unprotected female. its the very definition of irresponsibility . sorry but if you are not ready to pay attention you are not ready to be a breeder. darcy
