Another question, what if I have a whole slew of deer meat and liver in the freezer from previous hunting seasons? Do y'all have any local farmers that you can buy freshly butchered chickens, rabbits, cattle.. etc that you trust to buy from? I know that if I want a beef I can talk to one of my neighbors and request no hormones antibiotics etc.. and even buy the feed, since I don't have my fence run yet & it takes alot to fence in 56 acres..lol. They will raise one for me as I request. Do any of you have that opportunity? Thanks, Michele in WV
