I want to thank all of you for your info and concern for Luci...From what Joyce has said it sounds more like the problem Luci is having...Luci has lost some weight since she has stoped the meds, but she still has a long way to go...
Thanks to all...
Lois

If the weight could be an issue I for sure would work to get that off..when she is asleep the weight could actually be collapsing her trachea etc for her to breath so almost like she would be suffocating her self...My oldest boy nester would get like that but he's since lost some weight and is some better now...

Hello, My name is Lois and I think I was in this group before but it had a diffrent name? I live in Virginia with my husband Gary and our 3 chi's Luci 8, Mini 7 and Tiki 6 yrs. old...Tiki is Luci's baby...

I have a question...Luci is having a really hard time with seizures...This started about a year ago we have been to the vet several times he had her on meds but they did not help and she gained so much weight that he took her off of them...She only has the seizures when she is sleeping...She wakes up screaming almost like a babies crying, then shakes and gags and is over it...I thoought I would ask if anyone in the group has had this problem?

I just can't understand why it is only while sleeping and only at night??? Her little legs are so deformed from the weight gain and she has such a hard time getting around, but she is a little go getter and waddles around on her own...We love her so much it hurts us to see her this way...We give her all the love we can...
I would be greatful for any information you can give me...

Thanks so much for your help,
Lois
