I have a question for you. You say you think the water bottles are not "nice" but you praise CM methods of alpha rolls? Not trying to start anything just trying to make sense of this. You seem geared towards the positive training of dogs and Caesar is not a positive trainer. The alpha roll you like is way more painful than the water bottle squirt. When a dog is scared the alpha roll just makes them more fearful. To me submissive dogs are not anything to strive for. Watch the body language of the dogs that this has been done to. Sheila
