How old is she? I would be careful with flea sprays they can sometimes be too strong for tiny puppies. If you haven't seen any fleas on her it could be demodex (because of the hair loss). It happens with lots of puppies when they go to a new home and get a little stressed. It is pretty common and not too hard to treat. Lots of puppies can get over it on their own, but sometimes they need a little help. Keep an eye on it...get an antibacterial shampoo...if it gets red and she is really itchy you should take her to the vet they can give her some ivermectin to rid her of the mites. If you see fleas on her it could be a flea allergy too. I would get some capstar (it will get rid of fleas fast it starts working in about 30 min but only lasts 24 hrs) and use a gentle shampoo. Be careful with over bathing a chi that can cause dry itchy skin too. Good luck I'm sure she will be fine.
