[Chihuahuas] dry skin

I adopted a 1 1/2 yr dog she had whip worms real bad. I feed her chicken soup 
for the pet lovers soul which is excepted on dogfoodanalysis but she has very 
dry skin and I was hoping someone can suggest a supplement for her. Thanks
