Yes he played for 4 years until he injured his knee during a pre season game. He was one of the tight ends Mike Lucky - he came back but he could not keep up and did not want to be just another player so he decided to retire. Jerry Jones personally called him back a year after but he just never felt he had it again. He won the Ed Block courage award. It was an amazing time while it lasted and my son is such a hero to me. He had every ligament torn and was told that he may never walk again without the use of some type of medical device. He and his wife now live in Arizona with their two daughters and are very happy. I got to meet Troy and Emmit and a lot of other great players. Mike and Deanna use to go to bible study at Emmiet's house. He was such an awesome guy. I am very blessed to have such wonderful children - they have always been my pride and joy. I feel proud that I raised them almost all by myself - working two jobs and making sure that they all went to college, had nice weddings and a blessed start in their lives. Something that I never had. I love you too - This group of women have been so healing to me and I appreciate all of you. Well the midnight feeding and potty is over so back to sleep. Nancy
