Oh, ok I'm sorry, I had a misunderstanding. I agree with you completely and its 
true trying to diagnose an animal yourself could hurt it more than harm it.

That is true about the going outside thing and plus I don't live in area that 
gets really cold out, I'm in Texas and right now the weather is nice out and 
actually my husband prefer he go outside since he already does any way. I think 
what I'm going to do is just continuously listen to the vet do what he says go 
from there and see what happens and he didn't say anything about leaving him 
inside. So, to make paco happy I'm going to continue letting him go outside 
unless the vet says other wise. 

But once again, I'm sorry for misunderstanding what you were saying.
