Hi Maxine,
They could easily be sebaceous cysts...nothing scary there...but you won't know 
till you have them checked out. Some vets will want to leave them and some 
think 
removing them is good. People have had good results with eliminating them with 
diet change...but go see your vet and have them checked. If you can't afford 
the 
vet check you can do a search and read all you can about the descriptions of 
the 
various cysts to see if you can determine anything yourself...then go if you 
are 
worried. If she is getting more than one in different areas most likely they 
are 
sebaceous cysts and are benign. Just my thoughts!

My 1-year-old spayed female Chihuahua has been developing lumps under her skin 
for several months. Usually they are soft and moveable but she has now 
developed 
one near her lumbar spine that is hard and immoveable.
