Frida licks tons too! She has licked 2 quarter sized holes in my carpet. It happened SO fast! I'm not sure what to think about her behavior. Can't imagine she is bored. She gets TONS of interaction. I just attribute it to being a dog. Who knows. It is really annoying. She hasn't done it for a little bit. She also licks EVERYONE. My trainer says it's a leftover from being a wolf/fox.
