I can't feed cooked chicken to my one little chi because every time I did she would poop yellow. I finally figured out, about a year ago, that every time I fed it to her she would get an upset tummy and poop yellow. My other chi can eat anything and be fine, not that I feed her just anything, but she is one tough cookie.

He didn't seem to have a hard time going. He just hadn't needed too. I will start giving him a little bit of kibble. I already gave him a few pieces today because he wanted it so bad. He started playing with his hide a squirrel toy and when he couldn't get any food out of it hed look at me like what the heck mom so I put some in it and he went crazy for it. I feed him natural choice which I think is a really good kibble. No by products or anything in it. I am going to start feeding him the chicken tonight and see what happens with his stool. If its still yellow I will call the vet. Yellow Stool? Not normal, but is it possible that he ate a rawhide? Maybe that was what was causing the upset stomach and having a hard time digesting and passing it out yellow. If not, then it would be a good idea to take a sample of the yellow stool, and drop it off at the Vets to be analyzed. That should tell you what this has been all about. I would mix some of the kibble food in with his turkey/chicken and rice since he seems to want the kibble too. Remember that rice binds your system up, so if he is having a hard time going then it is time to give less rice and more meat and kibble, and slowly get him back onto his regular feedings of all kibble. He is doing good. A little more active last night. Still feeding him the turkey today and he picked it out and left the rice. Gonna go get the chicken and white rice today and hopefully give that to him for lunch but most likely dinner. Also, he wants his kibble too. So, he keeps walking up to his bowl, sniffing the kibble, and then he looks at me like mom feed it to me and when I don't he'll go over to the hide a squirrel toy and sniff then look at me like mom put my food in here. So I gave him a piece of kibble just to see if he really wanted it and he ate it. So, does that mean he's still hungry and I'm not feeding him enough of the other stuff?
